How to Get Rid of Worry?

One of the
most problems that prevent someone from achieving his daily responsibilities is
worry. It may help you sometimes to feel the responsibility, motivate you to work,
persistence and be patient but these feelings could be an obstacle that prevent
you from proceeding and then a reason for your low self-esteem and a little
self-confidence.
This will
affect your consciousness so all your attempts will fail even if you try many
times because your unconsciousness has kept these bad feelings, which will
prevent you from doing your best.
To get rid of these bad feelings do the
following:
- Trust Allah (God).
- Believe that nothing could happen if
Allah (God) doesn't choose it for you and Allah (God) chooses everything good.
- You have
to believe that if you work hard to do what you want, do it for Allah (God), and
trust him completely, you will get what you wish.
- Keep on your prayers, Doaa (asking Allah/God what you want), and asking
Allah (God) for forgiveness.
- Don't worry about the future because
this won't work, you will lose your calm and comfort.
- Specify a
time to express your bad feelings for example specify 15 minutes and when these
minutes finished stop what you do and then complete your day normally.
- If you suddenly
feel bad, try to write why you feel like this (state the reasons) then let
yourself feels worry in your worry time.
- Work as
you can, don't take many missions at the same time to avoid the feeling of
disappointment or worry.
- Deal with
failure as a new chance to start again. Don't let it hold you back.
