When Will You Begin?!

"Allah does not change what is in a nation unless they change what is in themselves" Allah said.

If you read this holy verse by your heart, you will discover the key to success which will lead you to the world of happiness and comfort, it will help you to draw your life as you wish. If you really want to make your dreams come true, you have to change your lifestyle and invent new ways to do so.

What are the aspects that need to be changed?

The Spiritual aspect:

- It's related to your relationship with Allah (God) because whenever it's good, be sure that your life will be amazing. Strengthen it by doing some easy things like:

Reading the Holy Quran.

Pray on time

Ask Allah (God) for forgiveness 100 times a day at least

Fast for Allah (God)

Pray night prayer.

Memorize some verses from the Holy Quran.

Help homeless people (charity)

Do a lot of voluntary work.

Be sure when your relation with him becomes strong, your life will be easier and your goals will come true because Allah (God) won't forget your hard work and won't let you down when you trust him. Trust yourself and your abilities so you can do it. Don't care about what other say if you don't do something wrong.

The Psychological aspect:

You have to change your thoughts. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Think of your life in a different way. Believe in the following quote "after black clouds, clear weather". When something gets wrong, trust Allah (God) and do your best to fix it, don't feel depressed because this won't work. Negative thoughts block your mind so you won't be able to solve the problem or find a way to fix it so always search for the spotlight that would lead you to the solution. Don't forget that every problem has its solution just trust Allah (God) and yourself.

The Mental aspect:

It's related to your educational and cognitive side. Increase it by reading and experiment the good things. As you care about your body by eating healthy food, you have to care about your mind by learning good stuff. Try to get information as possible as you can (information that will benefit you in your life). Increase your intelligence level by solving puzzles. Don't use your mind in the same way, think differently. Trust that you will change and your life will be better and you will do it.

You can't change anything if you don't change your lifestyle and your thoughts. If you still the same person, don't wait for others to be different , Start by yourself to make a difference because when you change, they will change. Learn from your own mistakes. Discover your new lifestyle and don't miss the chance. Begin now because postponing and procrastination will hold you back.

The Healthy aspect:

- Take care of your health by eating healthy food and doing exercises.

- Eat more vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of water.

- Go for a walk for 2 hours 3 times a week.

This will help you to refresh your mind and get rid of the negative energy.

The personal aspect:

- It's related to your hobbies and your relationship with others.

- Practice your hobbies in your free time because this will comfort you then you will be able to think positively.

- According to your relationships, you have to be a calm person.

- Learn how to control your negative feelings. Treat others as you like them to treat you.

- Use a quiet tone when you speak with them. Watch your mouth before speaking.

- Always smile

- Forgive them for your own sake (to comfort your mind and your heart)

- Praise them

- Thank them when they do something good for you

- Say sorry when you do something wrong (apologize)

All these things will help you to have a quiet life and this will help you to achieve your goals.

Respect yourself to get what you want

If you want to know how your life would be, you have to concentrate on your thoughts. Your thoughts is the secret gate to failure or success. They are the main things that will draw your life. If they are positive, you will be a successful person but if they are negative, you will be a loser.

Your thoughts are something special, no one has the authority to manage them. You are the only one who has the right to change, improve yourself and facilitate the circumstances to get what you wish. Respecting yourself and appreciating your abilities are the most effective way to make your wish true. When you respect yourself, you will force others to respect you. Believe in your abilities so people will believe in you. You are the one who can indicate how could people treat you (you are responsible for this)

Accept what Allah (God) gives you, don't be despondent or greedy. Try to develop what he gives you, try to make it better and do your best to make your own dreams come true.

Trust your abilities even if others criticize you. Criticism is just for successful people so When they criticize you that's mean you are better than them and you have things they don't have. Losing your self confidence is the main reason for your failure, this will destroy you. To thank Allah for his gifts (your mind and your senses) try to use them correctly, use them to achieve your goals. When you use them to serve yourself that's mean you're so grateful to him. Remember that there is no difference between you and those who become successful, you can become one of them or may be better than them.

What should I do to approve that I deserve appreciation?

Here are some ideas that will help you to do so:

- Choose things that you are good at and has the ability to do them successfully. Because achieving them will motivate you to achieve more.

- Convince your unconsciousness that you are a good person who deserves respect and this will automatically reflect on your behaviors (remind yourself of the good behaviors or virtues that you have)

- Don't waste your time to make others happy because they will deny your efforts so try to make yourself happy without hurting others (make your relation with Allah"God" stronger, make it with your friends successful, get your dream job, improve yourself and change your behaviors )

- Face your fears if you really want a good life. Believe that there's nothing to worry about if you really do your best to achieve it (practical or psychological aspects). Allah (God) plans your own life so believe that he chooses the beautiful things for you.

- Participate in many voluntary works because this will strengthen your self-confidence, refine your abilities, indicate your tendencies and draw the way that you would like to follow.

- Never compare yourself to others because your abilities, tendencies, skills and goals are different.

- Surround yourself with positive people and get rid of negative ones because they will affect you badly.

- Be patient, confident, persistent and determined. Reward yourself with something that you like for each good thing you do because this will motivate you to achieve more.

- Live your life as you wish because you're the responsible for your behaviors. Remember that you're the only one who is responsible for your failure or success. When you succeed, you will approve that you deserve appreciation.

A Dream Comes True

A goal is a dream that you do your best to make it true and makes you happy. Sometimes you have many desires and dream of many things and this may make you feel frustrated, confused and depressed then as a result you will waste your time in worrying, fearing and postponing.

You have to organize your life and get the benefit of your time. Set your goals (what you want to achieve in your life) and work hard to make them true.

The importance of setting your goals:

- You will know your lifestyle and get rid of feeling lost

- You will control your life

- Your life will be as you wish (you will love yourself)

- you will Spend your time doing useful things instead of wasting it doing unnecessary things that may hurt you.

You will satisfy yourself and others around you (you will be proud of yourself)

- You will change yourself and others.

Notice that a goal should have some necessary features to be a real one:

- Realistic: It should be related to your real life. It should be suitable for your abilities. It should be real no nonsense.

- Measurement:That's mean you know what you want exactly.

- Specified: It should have a specific time. You have to set a suitable duration to finish it.

- State your goal clearly, so that you will focus on achieving it.

- Flexible: It should be changeable so that you will be able to change according to your current circumstances.

How could you make your goal real?

First:

- Think of what you really want.

- Don't be afraid of failure or losing.

- Get rid of those who try to get you down or try to make you feel confused or depressed.

- Spend your time with positive people who will encourage you to do your best.

- Trust yourself and your abilities.

- Use your skills and abilities in a good and creative way (wake them up)

Second:

- Prepare your pen and a paper (use your notebook or planner)

- Write down your general goal that you want to make it real (it will take a long period) then write the minor goals that will help you to reach the general one (each minor goal will take a short period) For example:

The general goal is to read 6 books a month.

The minor ones are to read one book for 4 hours in 5 days. (read in Your best time like before going to sleep or in the afternoon)

- Always check how are you doing to see how far you achieve.For example:

At the weekend, check your goals to know what you've done and make sure that you're in the good way.

- If you found that you are late and there are many goals left unachieved, try to invent a new way to finish them.

- When it's time for the real check (the end of goals' period) try to reward yourself if you finish them in a good way or as you wish. Reward yourself with stuff you like (choose your rewards before starting your hard work because this will increase your motivation) such as:

A picnic, hanging out with friends, buying a new dress, buying a new phone or anything else that you like.

Writing your goals is the first step to make them come true. Don't forget to put them on your favorite place to see them every day so that you will never forget them (your subconscious mind will be aware of them)

Finally be sure that when you set your goals, you will find yourself automatically trying to do your best to make them real. You will organize your priorities and manage your time because of the feeling of commitment. You have to know that if you don't have a goal, your life will be meaningless. Always remind yourself of the great pleasure that you will feel when your dream comes true.
